Exposure reporting is an essential means of documenting your exposure to hazards that may impact your future health. It is important that every Cal Fire employee document exposures to hazardous substances as they occur. Our MOU provides each full-time, permanent employee with the CPF Firefighter personal exposure reporting system. It is easy to participate in the program, capturing your individual exposures as they occur. CPF maintains these records in a confidential database that is available to you in the unfortunate event it is needed. Other employees are permitted to participate in the program by paying an individual fee of $15.00 per year. For more information on this program, visit: http://www.cpf.org/default/health__safety/personal_exposure_reporting_system/index.cfm If you wish you may also keep your own records. CDFFresno.com has provided a form that is also an option for our membership. After the exposure simply print the form linked below and keep it in your personal home files.
